Senator Ademola Adeleke pleads for an end to billboards destruction.

 The Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has appealed to shallow- minded politicians to desist from destruction of political campaign billboards in Osun State.

 He made the appeal during a live interview on Arise Television News Town Hall Meeting titled "The Battle for Osun State," which was held at the Aurora Conference & Events Centre in Osogbo, Osun State, on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

He called on all politicians irrespective of their political parties to create an enabling environment for a free, fair, and credible election in the forthcoming elections in the state.

In the same vein, the Senior Special Assistant to the Osun State Governor on Signage, Hoarding and Advertisement, Hon. Ridwan Wale Ayofe-Aminu - arpa, who oversees regulatory matters relating to outdoor advertisements and billboards through the state agency buttressed the governor's appeal.
